All jewelry items are shipped in a gift box, but are not gift wrapped. Home decor items come carefully packaged and padded - for their protection, they do not come in a gift box.

Because all rings are made to order, it is very important that you're sure of your size when ordering. Because of their custom nature, returned rings are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the ring arrived damaged. If you find that you've ordered the wrong size, I can resize rings for a fee, which varies depending on the ring type.
